We want the value created by Inkallpa, somehow, to be shared with everyone involved.

We believe that welfare is sustainable only if it reaches everyone.

Therefore, our goal is to help develop Yanahuara and Urubamba communities, giving our neighbors the opportunity of employment or the opportunity to strengthen theirs business, protecting the environment and landscape, and by promoting conservation and development its rich culture.

Thus:

- Most of our employees are residents of Yanahura or Urubamba;

- If possible, we take the services of individuals or businesses in the area.

- We take special care in handling water and waste.

- Our buildings follow the local architectural line and use local materials.

- Collaborate with the public school in Yanahuara, in order to help improve their services.

- A part of our family lives and participates in community Yanahuara.
